  • Service Defects: The delivered product or service contains significant defects that were not disclosed prior to purchase and cannot be reasonably corrected.

  • Specification Mismatch: The final deliverable significantly deviates from the agreed-upon specifications without client approval.

  • Early Cancellation: Client requests cancellation before substantial work has commenced, subject to administrative fees.

Exceptions

Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided if the client simply changes their mind after work has commenced or been delivered according to specifications.

Completed Custom Work

Custom development work that has been completed and delivered according to agreed specifications is non-refundable.

Third-Party Services

Costs associated with third-party services, licenses, or tools purchased specifically for your project are non-refundable.

Late Requests

Requests submitted after the 30-day window will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances apply.
